Partnership with United Aid for Africa

September 22, 2015

It is with a great sense of excitement and optimism that United Aid for Africa (UAA) proudly announces our recently established strategic partnership with SPAGnVOLA Chocolatier. This strategic partnership perfectly aligns with and significantly strengthens our ability at UAA to deliver on our core mission - The economic and social development of Africa through promotion of education and community development initiatives.

In the pursuit of that mission, we could not have found a stronger ally than Eric and Crisoire Reid of SPAGnVOLA Chocolatier. SPAGnVOLA believes like we do that Africa’s true wealth lies in unleashing the ingenuity, creativity, resourcefulness and entrepreneurial energy which abounds across our great continent. Eric and Crisoire, who are cocoa farmers themselves, have nurtured a vision that is in perfect harmony with United Aid for Africa’s commitment to individual economic empowerment and community capacity building within the communities we serve.

This strategic partnership agreement represents a crucial milestone in a very important journey -- a journey that will transform an industry by situating the cocoa farmer and cocoa farming communities at the center and focus of the entire cocoa wealth multiplier value chain. This journey is guided by our firm belief that there are no excuses for poverty in Africa.

Our team would like to thank all of those who have made this strategic partnership possible. A big thank you to Ambassador Daouda Diabate of the Republic of Cote d’Ivoire in Washington DC, to Eric and Crisoire Reid and their team at SPAGnVOLA and to all the dedicated individuals at United Aid for Africa.
