We use only the finest cacao beans harvested from our farm on the mountain slopes of eastern part of the Dominican Republic. We cultivate and process our cacao beans the traditional way, hand picking perfectly ripened pods, fermenting, drying and grading our cacao beans to insure the finest make its way to our factory in Gaithersburg, Maryland (USA).
