Do you chew your chocolate? Well you are missing out! One of the most delectable ways to enjoy chocolate is to not chew at all. Chocolate begins melting at around 86 degrees while, our palate temperature is about 12 degrees higher. As soon as the chocolate begins to melt, the taste buds go into full effect and the notes of the chocolate begin to extract! Patience is required, but well worth the wait
